Production process :
harvesting > pressing (we obtain cane juice) > filtering > clarification > concentration > dehydration by cooking.

It is called "WHOLE SUGAR" because it has not undergone any chemical treatment or refining and retains all the mineral salts of the sugar cane: iron, fluorine, calcium, magnesium, vitamins and amino acids, which makes it a food with a truly incomparable flavor.
